STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Booking
By signing the booking form
you confirm the acceptance of the terms and conditions set
out below and shall be binding on the persons occupying the
property. A non-refundable deposit of £50 per person is
required at the time of booking. The full balance is payable
no later than 8 weeks prior to the date of arrival. If this
condition is not met we reserve the right to re-let
immediately.
Security deposit
A security deposit of £100 is payable
when the final balance is paid to cover breakages and or
contents, keys return and any excessive cleaning costs other
than those normally incurred in connection with the normal
occupation of the premises. The deposit will be refunded
within 4 weeks of departing the property.
Force
majeure
The owners accept no responsibility or
liability whatsoever for any loss of damage or alteration to
the terms of the booking caused by events beyond the owners
control including (but without prejudice to the generality
of forgoing) war, civil commotion, flight delays or
cancellations, adverse weather conditions, fire, flood or
industrial dispute.
Availability
The property will be available for
occupation usually from 1700h/5.00pm on the first day of
rental period. The property must be vacated by 1100h/11.00am
on the day of departure.
Liability
The owners of the property accept no
responsibility whatsoever for personal injury, accidents,
loss or damage to persons or personal effects however
caused. Guests are specifically requested no to allow
children to go unsupervised in and around the pool.
Accommodation
The property cannot be sublet, shared or
assigned. Only the persons shown on the booking form are
permitted to stay in the property. Pets are not permitted.
No smoking in the bedrooms.
Neighbours
The property is located in a residential
area. It is not on a holiday estate so guests are requested
to respect the neighbours, as it is their home.
Keys
At the end of the holiday
the clients must return the keys to the owners or their
representatives.
Discounts
Holidays for 2006 booked for
and paid for in 2005 are available at 2005 prices.
Bookings paid for 16 weeks
before the holiday date will enjoy a 10% reduction |
