Prices include electricity, gas and water. Bed linen, duvets, blankets and pillows are provided. Towels can be supplied at £3.00 per person. The house normally accommodates 8 people. For larger families additional sleeping accommodation can be organised using bunk beds in one of the twin bedded rooms and a convertible sofa  in a separate section of the lounge at £50 per additional person per week. We supply a welcome pack for all new arrivals, which contains enough to provide a snack on arrival. You will usually find bread, cheese and tomatoes, fresh milk, a bottle of wine and a few beers   Discounts Holidays for 2007 booked for and paid for in 2006 are available at 2006 prices.  Bookings paid for 16 weeks before the holiday date will enjoy a 10% reduction Terms and conditions
